Booking Policies & Guidelines Retainers • Retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be waived • Retainers are applied toward your remaining balance (Example: Total $80 – $15 retainer = $65 due) Late Policy • 5-minute grace period allowed • After 5 minutes: $3 per minute late fee (up to 15mins). • After 15 minutes: appointment will be canceled, with fee. Cancellations / No Shows • Same-day cancellations, rescheduling within 24 hours, or no-shows will be charged: – Short–Medium: $25 – Long–2XL: $50 – Bundles: 50% • Services such as repairs or polish changes start at $15 Payments Accepted • Cash, Zelle, Chime, Venmo/Apple Pay(+$5 fee) • “Buy Now, Pay Later” options will include an additional fee starting at $10 Important Payment Notice • Any unpaid balances may result in legal action Appointments & Guests • No extra guests, including children, unless being serviced • No kids allowed at lash appointments Service Guidelines • If 3 or more nails are missing, please book a full set • Nail art must be added at time of booking or you will receive one solid color • No refills on others’ work — must book removal + full set • If removal is needed for another tech’s work, book “Foreign Removal (MMA)” VIP & After-Hours • Appointments outside business hours are considered VIP and include additional fees • VIP appointments are available upon request Refills & Maintenance • Nail refill maintenance: every 2–3 weeks • After 3 weeks: removal + new full set required Lash Policies • New clients require a lash consultation (fee goes toward service total) • Lash fills recommended every 2–3 weeks – 40%+ lashes remaining = regular fill – Less than 40% = subject to evaluation • Avoid using oils or oil based moisturizer on your face the morning of your appointment • Please no coffee the morning of your appointment, minimal liquid intake at least 45mins prior to your appointment. Cancellation Policy
I charge 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations w/in 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No-show is 50% of the scheduled appointment.
