- Retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE. Retainers will not be waived. Retainers will be deducted from balance due(ex:total due $80 deduct $15=$65). -All appointments will have a 5min grace period. At the 5mins mark you’ll have a late fee, $3 a minute($15). After 15mins your appointment will be cancelled. -VIP APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE FOR ADDITIONAL FEE + SERVICE FEE. -Same day cancellation/rescheduling, or cancellation within 24hr mark or NO SHOWS will be charged by lengths: -short-medium $25 -long-2XL $50. -repairs/polish change etc. starts @$15 - Currently only accepting Cash/Zelle/Venmo and/or Apple Pay(+$5) -When using “Buy Now Pay Later” fee starting @$10 will be added to amount due. - Any appointments that is NOT paid in full will result in legal action. - NO extra guest including kids unless they are being serviced. - Call/text does not void no-show or late fee. - If 3 or more nails are missing please book a full set. -If nail art is wanted at your appointment, add it to your appointment or you will receive one color of your choice. - NO REFILLS ON OTHERS WORK. If you have on set not done by me, you’ll need to schedule a removal and full set at your desired length. - If set on was NOT done by me and needs to be removed you’ll need to add a “Foreign removal-MMA” to your appointment. - Appointments outside of business hours is considered a VIP appointment. -Refill maintenance is recommended every 2wks-3wks, anything past 3wks will require a removal and new set. - NO KIDS at lash appointments. - All new lash clients do require a lash consultation prior to lash appointment. Consultation fee does go towards your balance due. - Lash maintenance every 2-3wks, 40%+ for regular fill. -40% will need to be evaluated. - Please do not use any oil on your face the morning of your lash appointment. - Any lash issues must be addressed within 24hrs. - Willing to travel for special events and/or special accommodations. -Travel fee starts at $75.00 Any other questions or concerns please contact me: 512.679.2497.

Cancellation Policy

I charge 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations w/in 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No-show is 50% of the scheduled appointment.
